Ordering and Delivery

At Firalli, our goal is to provide our customers with the best quality and service at an affordable price. To offer you free shipping, we ship directly from our suppliers, primarily in Asia. This mode of transportation is not only healthier for our planet by reducing fuel emissions, but it also allows us to offer our customers a lower price while maintaining the same quality.

As we ship products directly from the supplier, we have an average delivery time of 6-13 working days from the time of dispatch. This is subject to a processing time of +/- 3 days. Due to high demand for our products, there may be a slight delay, which we compensate for in these shipments.

To transport an additional package, we charge a one-time fee of 20usd to cover all administrative handling and our transportation costs.

Pre-order Information

• Extended Delivery Time: Our normal delivery time of 6-13 working days is temporarily extended to a maximum of 20 days for pre-orders. Please take this into account when placing your order.
• **No Cancellations: Once you have placed a pre-order, it is not possible to cancel, as we make special purchases for these orders to meet demand. As a result, we cannot accept changes or cancellations.
• Customer Service: We are available for any inquiries and will do our best to keep you updated on order status.
